With Easter just a few weekends away now, I was eager to get some cute new Easter Buckets made for the boys this year.  And, with my Cricut Explore™, I knew exactly how I wanted to decorate them!

Supplies needed:

metal buckets {found at Hobby Lobby}

adhesive vinyl

transfer tape

Cricut Explore™

coordinating ribbon & twine

I started out by perusing the Cricut Design Space™ to find a font that I felt “fit” my boys.  I found this one called Varsity Letter, and loved it!

I cut each boys’ name in different colors of vinyl, and used transfer tape to stick it to their bucket.

The process was so easy, especially with the Cricut Transfer Tape {one of my all-time favorite Cricut products}.

Once the buckets had their names on them, I added just a few strands of coordinating ribbon and jute twine to the handles.

I used some kraft paper “grass” to fill just the bottom of the buckets, because this Easter Bunny went a bit overboard filling the buckets with goodies already!

Now, Henry is 10 months old and Jackson is 2 1/2.  In Henry’s bucket, I put some board books, a container of puffs, a few handmade teething rings {tutorial to come soon}, and a new sippy cup.  In Jackson’s bucket, I added a kite, a velcro catch game, watercolors, a coloring book, baseballs, and a new bathing suit.

I’m so excited for the Easter bunny to visit our house now!
