{Washi Tape Notecards}

July 22, 2013 By meredith 5 Comments

I’m smack in the middle of enjoying two sweet babies, but wanted to share a quick, easy, and inexpensive craft idea with all of you this morning!  It’s so easy, that it’s actually something I do on a somewhat regular basis to make my grocery shopping a bit more exciting {because who says grocery shopping with an infant and a toddler in tow isn’t exciting enough?!}

To brighten up your next shopping trip, make these

Washi Tape Notecards

washi tape notecards @ WTYFGH

To make your own, you’ll need just three things:

washi tape

4 x 6 notecards

scissors

supplies

As you can see, I’ve got a bit of a collection of washi tape going on.

Real simple here folks.  All you need to do is choose a couple washi tape designs, add them to the tops, corners, sides {where ever your heart desires}…

decorate

Trim the edges off with a pair of scissors…

and you’ve got an instant brighten-your-day-up notecard for all your list making needs!

I usually make a dozen or so at a time.

notecards

They’d make a great little gift for a teacher or neighbor too if you just stacked them up and tied a piece of colorful baker’s twine around your bundle!

I’ll be linking up at these parties!

    I like the idea of adding washi tape to the notecards, too cute and girly! I will be making some for myself too then! 🙂 hope you are doing well with your little ones! 🙂

    So cute! Sometimes I likes spending lots of time on one detailed card, and other times I just need to pound out a bunch of easy ones like this too 🙂
