{‘Lil Griddles for my ‘Lil Guy}

March 15, 2013 By meredith 10 Comments

Now that Jackson is getting a little older, I’m finding that we have a lot more activities that we participate in on a weekly basis.  We’ve got a few different play groups every week, a bible study that I attend each Wednesday, and coming soon, a Parent & Tot Gymnastics class {that I’m very excited about}.  With all that running around, especially in the mornings, I’ve found that I need a quick breakfast for him.  Since breakfast is usually the one meal I can count on him actually eating, it’s important to me to make sure it’s a nutritious one at that.  That’s why I was so happy to find Aunt Jemima ‘Lil Griddles at my grocery store this past weekend.

Aunt Jemima Lil' Griddles

“Every batch made from scratch”, just like I’d make them at home {if I had the time and energy to do so}!  That means ‘Lil Griddles are made with the quality and value of REAL ingredients like eggs and milk, with no artificial flavors or preservatives.  These ‘Lil Griddles have quickly become his new favorite breakfast item.  Paired with a serving of fruit and a sippy cup of milk, I feel good about the breakfast he’s getting.

directions

Heating instructions are so easy, and if you use your microwave, you’ll have big breakfast taste, bite-sized, in a matter of minutes!

And my ‘lil guy definitely enjoyed the “bite-sized” pancakes I gave him!

Kid approved

Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast takes great pride in making frozen pancakes, waffles and French toast just like any mom across America would make breakfast in their own kitchens — their griddles are just a little bit bigger!
They put love and care into every step – from stirring the batter and pouring it on a hot griddle to flipping the fluffy and bubbling pancakes, just like you do at home.
The goal of Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast is to deliver every batch just like you’d make it yourself. Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day, and Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast knows for moms, starting her family out with a warm breakfast makes the morning, and the entire day, even more special.

The new Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast Lil’ Griddles line has three delicious bite-sized options for family fun; new Aunt Jemima frozen Blueberry Mini pancakes, Aunt Jemima frozen Mini pancakes, and Aunt Jemima frozen Cinnamon French Toast Sticks.  Next time I’m at the store, I’m definitely trying out another option since the Mini Pancakes were such a hit already!

    These look like a great idea – we always get pancakes for Raya when we go out for breakfast, but I rarely make them at home. But if it’s this easy, PERFECT!

    These sound good. My family loves pancakes but I rarely have enough time to make them except on the weekend. It would be nice to give them a hot breakfast even when I don’t have time to make it from scratch. Especially love that they are made from the same wholesome ingredients we would use at home!

    These sure would be great on school mornings! We are always in such a rush and cold cereal just isn’t as comforting as a hot breakfast to start your day. Thanks for sharing I’ll be looking for them the next time I’m at the store!
