Simple Fall Burlap Wreath

October 13, 2014 By meredith 2 Comments

In need of a quick and easy idea for a new fall wreath this season?  I’ve got you covered friends.  And, {HUGE PLUS} it only takes about 8 minutes to complete from start to finish!

Materials needed:

foam wreath form {whatever size you’d like}
burlap garland, mine wasn’t wired, but you could definitely use that too
3-4 fall floral stems
a couple of floral pins {I use the u-shaped ones}

Now, all you have to do is wrap your burlap around the wreath form.  This was the most time consuming part and took maybe 5 minutes.  I wanted to make sure that my wrapping was evenly spaced and that you couldn’t see the foam underneath.  I secured the burlap onto the wreath form at the beginning and ending only with a couple of floral pins.

To add the fall stems, I just slid them into the little pockets that the wrapped burlap created on the wreath.  You could secure them with a floral pin or two if needed, but my wrapping was so tight that it keeps the stems in place just fine!

Some other items you could add to a simple burlap wreath for fall would be wooden numbers for your house number, a wooden letter for your monogram, or even a simple bow.  There truly are so many possibilities!

I’ve teamed up with a group of 75 bloggers to share tons of Fall Harvest Ideas with you! From crafts, to recipes, to home decor and more…we have you covered for Fall inspiration!
