{A Very Thankful Party}

{A Very Thankful Party}

Another new month, another new holiday to anticipate!

This month I’m teaming up with Kadie from Seven Alive, Morena from Morena’s Corner, and Adrianne of Happy Hour Projects to bring you…

The Very Thankful Party will run from November 1st-23rd (hello, Black Friday!).  We invite you to share all of your Thanksgiving related posts including recipes, crafts, and projects! As long as it has something to do with Thanksgiving or being thankful (and of course is family friendly) it’s fair game!

As usual, the party button is located in my sidebar.  It’s not a requirement to display it, but if you’d like to add it to your post, sidebar, or hall of fame party page…go for it!  The more participants in the party, the merrier!  Once you link up at one of the host blogs, your link is visible on all four blogs.  I’ll even add it to my Holiday Ideas menu after the party closes, so we can be inspired and thankful all year long.

We’re so excited to see what you’re working on this month to prepare for Thanksgiving!  As the mood strikes us, each of us will share some of our favorite features as well!

Happy linking & Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

{Handmade Halloween Features}

{Handmade Halloween Features}

Oh wow!  We had some serious partying going on this month during the Handmade Halloween Party that I hosted with Adrianne & Kara!

Can you imagine if all of us crazy bloggers were able to get together and have one big Halloween Bash?  Or if we all lived in the same neighborhood to host a gigantic Trick-or-Treat party!?  Those kids would get the most creative Halloween candy and creations EVER!  {And we’d probably drive our poor husbands crazy with all of our collaborative projects}!

To celebrate Halloween today, I wanted to take a moment {or two} to feature some of my favorite projects, crafts, and recipes that were linked up this month!

In no particular order, they are…

Mummy Candy Bars by Artsy Fartsy Mama

Raven Inspired Halloween Porch by Create.Craft.Love

Halloween Mantel by 52 Mantels

Enter if You Dare Display by Sweet Boutique Home

Eyeball Bouquet by Crafts ‘n Coffee

No Sew Halloween Pennants by One Creative Mommy

Halloween Wreath by Sarah Dawn Desgins

Chalkboard Signs by A Night Owl

BOO Bowling Game by It’s Written on the Wall

If you’d like to pin any of these ideas, please visit the owner’s blog by clicking on the link above the photo!

I hope you’ve enjoyed the features and the party this month!  Remember, all projects linked up will now be added to the Holiday Ideas menu located above my header!  You can look back to be inspired all year long!

Tomorrow I’ve got another holiday themed link party coming your way…think turkey! :)

Happy Halloween!

{Keep Calm & Link Up # 11}

{Keep Calm & Link Up # 11}

Welcome back to Keep Calm & Link Up!

Hi everyone!  Thanks to all of you who linked up last week! We’re so happy to have you back every week!  This time, make sure to bring a friend…let’s make this party the biggest yet!

First, some feature love!

The most viewed link belonged to Tonii of Blue Skies Ahead with her {Washi Pumpkin}.

Washi tape is so versatile and fun to work with!  No need to carve a pumpkin these days,  just add some washi tape and call it ‘done’ in a jiffy!  Great job Tonii!

We each chose our favorite features as well.

Meredith loved the {Trick or Treat Candy Jars} from Two Yellow Birds Decor.

What do you get when you take dollar store candle holders, some  glass jars, and glue??  Fabulousness that’s what!  What an adorable and creative display for Halloween candy!  Love it!

Barbara chose the {Give Thanks Fall Mantel} by Second Chance to Dream.

What’s not to love about that whimsical banner coupled with gold accessories against that red wall?!  Barb even offers the free Fall printable to her readers.  Go get one!

Sarah chose {Halloween Decor} from Alderberry Hill.

A modern take on a traditionally orange and black Halloween; why not use turquoise and red?  Sarah has not left any stone un-turned with this modern and adorable display for her craft room! Yes, even the room where we create beauty, gets beauty!

Congrats to all those that were featured today!

If you want to be featured, make sure to include our button (found in my sidebar) or a text link! There were so many links we wanted to feature but couldn’t since there wasn’t a link back to the party!

To keep up with features on Facebook during the week, please become a Facebook Fan of…

If you were featured today or on Facebook grab a featured button from my sidebar!

For even more FUN, all featured projects will be on our Keep Calm & Link Up Pinterest Board as well!

We also want to invite you to enter our Party Package giveaway from Talking Twine and Trim going on at our weekly blog hop. There are only a few days left to enter!
Good Luck!

Who’s ready to party?  Let’s do it!
